Not that anyone comes around anymore but if you do....we'll be refocusing on a new blog soon and putting this one down officially. I've learned a good lesson regarding blogging - you MUST have a focus and a central theme. Blogging about whatever, whenever doesn't work well, at least not for me.

I'm Back...
...sort of. I'm gonna start again. I promise. Just so much going on. 3 month old (along with 3 year old) at home, exams for financial designations, new businesses, learning to play piano. Whoever said there aren't enough hours in the day had it right!! Plus, I'm just lazy.
Anyway, seems January is fast becoming one of my favorite months for new music. Last year Vampire Weekend put their new one out in January and I thought it was fantastic. I didn't expect all that much and they blew me away. This year it seems to be Iron & Wine's turn. I thought the last album (The Shepherd's Dog) was excellent. It was with a little bit of trepidation that I listened to NPR's webcast of them previewing their new album in its entirety. From what I heard, I needn't worry.
Give it a try here. Can't wait. The new album, Kiss Each Other Clean, comes out January 25th.
